Thanks in advance! For tier 9s, Pommern, Kearsarge, and Groningen are probably the only ones worth it in my opinion (and even then Pommern and Kearsarge are fairly low on my list). For t8, Mainz is definitely a great cruiser pick, as are older but still reliable ships like Tirpitz and Eugen. I have a 200% cashback coupon.

Druid is a high skill cap dd that despite its drawbacks can put out monstrous damage. Vampire II is a sidegrade from Daring at *best* and is objectively a weaker ship overall.
