You cannot register (AFAIK) more than one IR device to be turned off. So when hitting the OFF, the Gemini remote should be sending the IR off command to your TV. Turning other things off may be happening by CEC / HDMI control... i.e. turning off the TV has the TV send to HDMI control off to the Receiver.
