Given the low value of the provinces you have, 36k isn't completely outlandish with high autonomy, but you should be able to keep a higher level of men in the bank. I'm really enjoying the converter. We transferred from ck3 to eu4 and are thinking of transferring to vic3 soon. I wouldn't have had this wonderful experience without you guys. In the meantime, I have a question. Before converting to vic3, we experimented with vic3 -> hoi4's convert in advance, but it didn't show any national focus.

Expansion goals for further development: Dynamic slave/minority pop generation depending on EU4 circumstances.

Trouble is - whatever landmarks we have available (mainly rivers, those are worth their weight in gold) are in Vic3 mostly absent or drastically changed. I'm sure EU4 representation of those riverflows was wrong and Vic3 is more correct (for the timeframe), but without them, hoboy. Fun abound. Eyeballing and approximation.
