The LK93 and Wolverine are some of my favorite to shoot. Its darn hard NOT to find a load they like. As a general rule mine like the .452 and .458 projectiles the best. The best load I ever found was the .375 Buffalo Bullet Sabots that are now discontinued with 100 Gr Pyrodex.

Knight quit offering the Lehigh "type" bare 209 conversion. The one they offer now uses a entire bolt housing and a new breach plug. The true Lehigh plugs were the best. They were made from 17-4 stainless steel and had removable vent liners. Knight's plugs are a softer SS and the vent liners are brazed in.To use that it MUST have an Extreme type FPJ bolt body already and those aint cheap. Sportsmans does sell the FPJ bolt body too for under $70. Last i checked Knight wanted $200+ for a DISC to Extreme conversion kit but all you really need is the bolt body. If you're going to shoot "Holy Black" I wouldn't bother with a conversion. Some of the other replica black powders are harder to ignite and you might benefit from the 209. 209 primers come in two different "flavors" or so I've been told. Standard shotgun primers are hotter than 209 primers made for muzzleloading - and 1/2 the price.
