Use seppuku if you really want bleed buildup. -put a lot of that dex into arcane, and switch to the Rivers of Blood. RoB and Nagakiba are both great. Nagakiba has crazy length though. At 50 arcane nagakiba with the seppuku buff gets over 107 bleed buildup, and Rivers of Blood gets only 73. Nagakiba has bleed on it already. Running them both as Cold will still allow you to stack Cold and Bleed at the same time. As for spells, I have a few suggestions: A ranged option like Glintstone Pebble or Comet for picking off weaker enemies at range or pulling a single enemy from a larger group
