Jul 5, 2022 · Tuesday, July 5th, 2022 11:28 PM. Closed. Tv not working but internet is working RDK-03004. RDK-03033. I have had 3 new cable boxes in the last 40 days. I have had 3 techs out in the last 20 days. They have replaced the line from the pole to my house. They have replaced the splitter to my cable/modem box twice.

I have done several restarts, unplugged the deceive several times and even had a virtual assistant attempt a system refresh. What i can't seem to get is the assistance of another human being. When none of the suggested remedies work can't even get to a person for help. Upgraded to TV service (DVR with 2 sat boxes) with a self install kit and have had so many issues trying to get this going.
