It's three position alright, but good luck being able to make it work as intended - NOT a forced reset. You have to develop a trigger skill completely for it - it didn't use to be the case of a FTR.

There are other triggers that do the same thing that ATF has no issue with like the TAC CON 3MR. I think the ATF thought rare breed was just gonna roll over and play dead. The regular mode mas a pretty clean break / fast reset was fun enough itself to shoot.
