The serial number is IR188XX. Under the serial number, it says Made In Brazil, and then under that 85. It also says TaurasInt’L Mfg. Miami, Fl-USA. It's an older one though. Open the cylinder the model should be under the arm, that's where it is on my Taurus 689. It looks very similar to mine except mine has a 7 inch barrel and is not hammerless. Its a 85s, probably made in the 90's or early 2000's It's a great revolver, even better the ones in this generation.
