During an engine rebuild i completely forgot that one of the bolts broke in half and half the bolt is stuck inside the head. 6 bolts hold on the exhaust to one of the heads, the other 5 came out completely fine. Drilling it out did nothing, only wearing down a extractor tool and breaking a hex ratchet tool tip off.
