But, nobody should rely on load data given on a discussion web as gospel. They should go by the loading manual or call the powder manufacturer if an unlisted substitution is considered.

I'm working on reloading some 7/8 oz trap/sporting clay loads. I've been using 1-1/8 oz loads in the past but am going a little lighter / higher velocity with 7/8 or 1 oz of shot. These should be good for 1355 FPS according to the Winchester load data.
