Mine were 3500 at 4+6. Totally within the normal range. It's pretty rare to be able to predict twins from hcg levels. And at 5 weeks even 2 babies are so incredibly tiny that they wouldn't make you show any earlier - most likely just the delightful bloating that most people experience. My doctor at this point said that even though numbers weren't very high, the doubling time was fast enough to hint to multiples. At 23DPO my HCG was 4411 (34 hours doubling).
