AAC 5.56 55gr. It shoots reliably with surprisingly good accuracy and doesn't leave our guns filthy even when suppressed. Bought some AAC 77gr OTM to try out in my AR. YHM 16" upper w/ a couple thousand rounds through it (non-adjustable gas block), BCM lower with a couple hundred rounds. I used all brand new Gen 2 PMAGs. Same rifle shot M193 equivalent rounds out of older Gen 2 PMAGs last week with zero issues.
