The 3D1X3 career field is crazy broad. Here on Andrews you can end up doing either the old ground radio job (2E1X3, ie PA setups, LMRs, Giant Voice, and GRT/GRRs) or you can end up in the VIIDS section doing work on cameras, sensors, and stuff like that. It's really very base dependent, and even then there's multiple places you could end up.Ability to get qualified on more SEI/shreds based on CFETP and other unspecific criteria.
