The difference in damage between them for me is miniscule, both +25 blood affinity with 80 arc, sword damage is ~10 difference in favor of the kiba and both have 115 bleed build.I duel wield Nagakiba and Moonveil currently for my first run. Moonveil is on the right hand, and therefore always accessible. Nagakiba is on the left, and I switch to two-handing that when I want Hoarfrost. I also can swap out to a shield or a bow, and have a seal as an alt on the right hand for a little utility.Heck, a strength build doesn't hate a Heavy Nagakiba. Really depends on the stats you're going for if you're going full dex probably keen for example or if you're going for arcane then bleed.
