Basically cleanup after those two moves. Every team. Probably different team for different game mode. For u7.5, i use Thanos, Maw, $$, Kestrel and emma (or SSM). Thanos feeds energy to Maw to keep up defense up/offense down and heals. $$ & Kestrel can put defense down (or SSM). Emma for cleanse.
