I had to run around the internet for solutions but this did it for me, as a lot of users are reporting the latest versions to not work for some reason. instead of 1.32.2 which didnt work, i switched to 1.31.3 and the keybind prompt appeared normally on the first try, and the mod(s) works now.

The first time you launch the game after installing CET, it should open a text box that asks you to bind a key to open the CET interface (and then obviously you use that key when ingame). Cyber engine tweaks won't open. I'm using cyber engine tweaks and it won't open in game. CET doesn't work with AVX Hotfix at the moment. I had to revert back to 1.3 patch Or if you're using MSI Afterburner, disable it. It conflicts with CET.
