I think you might be talking about NDSForwarder. It puts nds games straight to your 3ds home menu. It's so much faster. The actual question would be why would you use twilight when you can have the game menu on the homescreen of the 3ds, easier to access, quicker to find game to play, etc.Go to the github link (because i'm a new member I can't do that so just google search twilight menu++) and always download the latest release.
