My 2012 has been taking forever to crank up when hot, its taken its toll on my battery and what not. Cold starts perfectly fine. There is no loss of prime, I have rebuilt the fuel filter head assembly, replaced any remotely kinked hoses, and have no idea what the issue is. Primer gets hard about 5-8 pumps, still no start.The truck will fire up and run flawlessly after the new CP4 is installed, but when you turn it off, it won't start again. It will not set the same code for camshaft sensor error, that has its own set of codes for crankshaft errors. When it goes into reduced engine, the ECM turns off the injector on the cylinder that is knocking, and it goes away. Guessing you can figure out which cylinder it is by turning off injectors with a scan tool.
