You can check to see if this is the case by hitting browse and clicking on the deck. If you see more than those 20 cards you have the whole deck. To change the card limit click on the gear wheel next to the deck name then select options and change the new card limit to something higher.
To create a new type of note, choose Tools → Manage Note Types from the main Anki window. Then click "Add" to add a new type of note. You will now see another screen that gives you a choice of note types to base the new type on. "Add" means to base the newly created type on one that comes with Anki.So I was using the Miles Down Deck on Anki but then I heard about this Anking V2 deck.. and I was going crazy trying to download it. The trick is you have to delete the Miles Down Deck first and then import the Anking Deck. Then the 5311 cards will show up. I am sure someone commented that on here but I missed it and I just figured it out.

I did around 80 biochem and 80 biology cards per day and then 20 physics cards. I worked through premed P/S and did about 80 cards per day out of that too but I'm sure you could do 80 MD cards as well. I skipped the chem decks due to burnout and it was my strongest subject.
