When I got the bike it leaked gas into the crankcase (all of it the gas). After rebuild it runs like a badass but still pops at low rpms.Bandit101. If the 100 ohm resister at the ignition switch was bad or removed, it still would not prevent power from going to the ignition and lights. It just reduces voltage to the igniter to turn it on. If you have no power when the switch is turned on, start by checking voltage on the white wire at the switch, should be battery voltage.
