My rating is a bit biased for this reason. But this is not a class to take if you do not have the ability to commit at LEAST 70-75% of your overall day-2-day energy towards. Luv Boswell as pal & teacher (bc funny+passionate), but not as a grader. V unclear about exams, 2 much info 2 memorize & mem is nec for exams.

All relatively easy if you just attend class and take notes. He does not test on material the class is really not prepared for, he will push tests back if necessary. He gives 6 quizzes (3 take home) and 3 exams. he drops the lowest quiz and replaces lowest exam with final.

Dr. Sullivan has been my favorite Spanish professor at LSU so far. If you actually show up to class she will notice and help you out a lot. Dr. Ozdemir doesn't grade the exams but the TA's that do are very strict. If you don't get essentially the right steps for every problem you'll get 5/20 points for the question.
