Get a smart plug. That allows you to completely reset the unit by remotely “unplugging” it, waiting 10 seconds, and then restoring power. That will cause the box to cycle. I created an Alexa routine that does all of that. I say “Alexa, fix robot” and it happens. Mine doesn’t work anymore neither.
