Myq garage camera not working.

We purchased both a video keypad and a camera from MyQ. Installation was easy, but it does not work reliably. It takes forever to connect to the cameras. Sometimes it fails. We have good wifi coverage. So, it not a problem. We also have Google Nest cameras, and they work so much better with Google Aware. myQ works with Vivint smart home security. Just as everything we have discussed for the other systems, Vivint can do the same thing, and you don’t need a myQ premium subscription to use it. Xfinity.
