I’m trying to find an educational show that was on the US public television service around 1980, and I think it was the same era as 3-2-1 Contact and Bloodhound Gang. The main setting was something with astronauts floating around in a Skylab-like space station and the theme music was Blue Danube (used HERE if you don’t know it by name.)
