Astro A40 with Mixamp pro Tr not being recognized on windows 10. I have the Astro A40 with the Mix amp pro Tr. I went to access the command center to change settings but its not being recognized all of a sudden by my PC ( windows 10) it was working the other day just fine. I decided to plug into my lap top and the command center worked.

I alos cant make any changes through command center. Mix amp is in OC mode and i have disconnected everything else since i was also using it on …When you launch up the ASTRO Command Center and it asks you to connect a device in PC mode, leave the window open, disconnect the USB cable from the MixAmp, ensure your MixAmp is in PC mode and then reconnect the USB cable. This should cycle the connection on the PC and force the ASTRO Command Center to see your MixAmp Pro TR. Now suddenly it won't be recognized by Windows 10. I just updated the command center a couple minutes ago from creating this post. And I tried plugging it in into different USB ports on my PC. Doesn't seem to work. The only thing that seems to work is that changing it from PC mode to Console Mode makes it recognized in Windows 10.
