Beyond burgers had an insanely bad smell and aftertaste to me. It’s odd because I did think the appearance and texture/bite was very close to real beef. But the aftertaste lasted for 12 hours and then when I went back to the freezer to inspect the raw patties, I could smell it clearly on the patties as well.
