The 3 revolvers under observation are new one built in 2014 and two in 2021, they are all the same quality. 1. The hot blue finish is exceptionally fine in depth, luster and color. 2. I have several pairs of ivory grips that were made for Ruger XR3's that 'almost' fit some 1st gen SAA's that have smaller gripframes. The shape of Bud's grips also make me wonder if someone made them fit a Colt 1851 Navy. That gripframe is similar to a SAA, but thinner through the mid-section.
