Most of the time it will crank for about 20-30 seconds then start. Occasionally it will crank for half a second then shut off and when it does this it always starts right up as normal. We experience these starting issues frequently (every 3rd start +/-) but not any specific pattern.

Then if it starts with the brake / Start button then it's the fuel pump not holding it's pressure. The starter may not engage because the battery voltage is low or you have a bad starter solenoid.
