If you run your stock gears with the lift 37s and 22s it wouldn't be that bad but you would notice it pretty good. Re gear that truck if you do the rear the front needs done to match if your 4x4. Go to 4.88 your truck will hold up better. I'd personally rethink about such a large tire unless you really go off road.
