How to create smart phrases in epic.

I am wondering if there is a way to see all system @ phrases. Things like @name@, @sex@, @age@, etc to help me build my own smart phrases. I know our hospital system has hundreds of these and would love to be able to better incorporate them into my notes. Thanks!
