Didn't notice any change regarding frost build up so I'm assuming the "increase" is rather small.Well I went through with it, and I prefer the bloodhound's fang. I fight a lot on horseback, and the grafted sword's speed while mounted is awful. Not great on foot either. It really seems like the fang does more damage per hit also. There's also the blood loss effect to take into account.

Moonlight Great sword is an amazing weapon due to the fact that you only have to buff intelligence to really soft cap its dmg while pretty much every other weapon in the game will not be able to soft cap so easily. Even with its split dmg, thanks to its high AR it makes it not too big of a deal, especially as Magic is an amazing offensive element.

Carian grandeur first stage deals around 30% more dmg than GS. And the 3rd stage of Grandeur deals 16% more dmg than the 2nd stage of GS, is a little bit quicker like 0.1 sec and has more range.
