Ok a few findings: To start with, it turns out the fans in my MSI GS65 8SE don't go anywhere close the 150% as shown in silent option. Dont know if this is specific to my laptop (defect) or to my model (spec) but my CPU fan goes up to 6000rpm @ 100% and won't go any further (ie. same at 150%) while my GPU fan goes up to 6666-6760rpm @ around 115% and wont got any further.
