So I've completed the game a couple of times a few years back and wanted a chill run through again, so looked up what is considered the PVE meta and found twinblades. I am still fairly low level, but I don't get how they are magic? I just really want straight forward mechanics in terms of upgrades/moveset so I can admire the awesome locations etc.

The OP reputation mainly comes from PvP in earlier days where spamming them would win you a lot of fights.
