Simplisafe outdoor camera battery not charging.

The batteries on the smartlock were changed not so long ago and I am able to unlock it using the keypad. The outdoor camaras are working and sending notifications of movements but I can't view the live stream. It just goes into trouble shooting. I have 4 outdoor camaras and it's doing the same with all 4.
