I've caught a number of yellowfin (40 lb. class on the 7500SS). First run is impressive, but usually only around 100 yards. It's welding wire that's stiff as a nail and extremely difficult to bend. It turned out to be a great net thanks to my wife's help figuring out exactly which wire went where.

Fiberglass, kayak length with the longer canoe opening. Very good for floating the rivers. Question is they have minor wear and some of the fiberglass crosstitching is starting to show. The worm gear that the level wind guide travels on is often forgotten when lubing a reel. Trick is to turn it upside down and put 1-2 drips of lube before fishing. This way - reeling in/out lubes up the worm gear and pawl. The pawl is a very thin piece of metal that rides in the groove of the worm gear.
