If you want a pure PVE build this works just fine. 125 ki blast. 125 ki. 42 stamina. Rest dumped into basic attack. You need super Vegeta 2, Big Bang KHH and "this is a real KHH" super soul. Go super Saiyan and spam BBKHH away. Granted this gets boring after a while, but this is the best build for PQ and most raids.
Ki blast builds are better than Strike builds for PvE. The general approach is to spam ki blast moves until everyone dies. Female saiyan are better to spam ki blast while Male saiyan are better if you want to integrate melee combos. Female/Male Saiyan with Super Vegeta. Just you, your basic strikes and punches, and strong ki blast damage. If you just stand back and blast, SV2 is better. But for a more active playstyle, the massive Ki generation+basic attacks of SSG are better.
