Clear matte are matte on one side. (Distorted) So you would need 2 types of sleeves. However, the double sided cards are never mixed into the single sided cards. I personally sleeve my encounter deck (single sided) in the dragon shield clear matte sleeves and the double sided cards (act, agenda, specials) in the old ffg clears.
