Package had been sitting in my state for 6 days. It’s about 5 hours away from me. Shipper used Fedex Smartpost...don’t know if that makes a difference but scheduled delivery is pending and it was supposed to be delivered on the 24th of May.About 30 minutes later I got a call back from FedEx and was assured my package would be delivered today as it is on the truck for delivery. I check the tracking number and it remained at 'Scheduled delivery:Pending' until early afternoon when it changed back to 'On FedEx vehicle for delivery' once more.We would like to show you a description here but the site won't allow us.I checked a couple minutes ago and now it says delivery pending. My brain keeps rattling between the stories of delivery drivers stealing them and "the roads aren't the best.". The thing is the facility it's at is like a 15 minute drive. And the roads were mostly clear by noon. It's now 7:53.There is one package that is "Out for Delivery" but it also has a "Pending" under "Scheduled Delivery." Apparently, the scheduled delivery is 06/12/2020 that only shows on the shipper's website, Blizzard Gear store, but it does not show on FedEX. I guess it was removed and replaced with "Pending." Hell, I don't mind if it gets here on the 12th.

Thankfully it was just in Utah for 1 day and at my regional hub for 2 days and my local hub for 1. But 2-5 day shipping and I waited 16 business days. Nope still says pending. I did contact FedEx on Twitter through FedEx Help and they basically told me that they lost my package. This is what the service rep said "Please reach out to the shipper so they can contact our smartpost department. They will follow their lost package procedures and will reship you a replacement or issue you a refund.
