I was wondering if a moonveil mage build is still good. Definitely yes, still really strong. But honestly anything in this game can be strong if you know how to build it properly. Im using that and Dark Moon Greatsword. Moonveil is nice for little guys and getting some sharp damage in.

Rivers of blood is definitely the more raw power of the two, but you could make a preference case for either. Middle hand. Ngl bruv, upgrading both to 10 was a big waste of resources if you’re not using hacks/trainers. Moonveil primarily scales with intelligence (and dex) and RoB needs arcane to proc bleed faster.
