I purchase a 1999 Kawasaki KVF400 Prairie most of it is in good condition. The main problem that I am having is with the reverse. When I start the ATV I can engage the reverse first (R-light comes on) give it the gas but will not move. Start ATV engage forward first works fine, go to nutral fine, now it will not even engage to reverse.Remove the gas tank cover. Then remove the gas tank and you can easily get to the starter. The needle seat has a small screen and it was plugged only letting a small amout of fuel into the bowl.
