The Borderlands Wiki says that with the right build Lilith has the highest DPS (Damage Per Second) than any other build. I finally made it to level 69 with level 69 gear and after doing the math I put out ~47,000 DPS with my double anarchy SMG with all the stat boosts. The great news is Commander Lilith and the Fight for Sanctuary DLC is more of the funny, loot-happy Borderlands 2 we know and love.
