Hello. I just wanted to report that there aren't any special teams sliders for Madden 23 CPU in franchise mode. I can confirm that the special teams do not work for CPU games when playing slow simulation mode CPU vs CPU. When you set the field goal accuracy to 0 it doesn't change the accuracy of the CPU kickers.
