The Hoyt RX7 has a much smoother draw, and it is also longer and more forgiving. The Lift has a longer riser which makes a difference with stability and accuracy. the Lift will shoot 3-6 fps faster then the Phase4 or V3X’s. The weight difference is substantial though, you will definitely notice that. That’s the biggest upgrade about that Lift that’s tremendously different then the Phase4 and V3X.

I picked up my new Mathews Phase 4 29" on Monday. I went into my local shop and shot the Phase 4 29/33 and the VTM 31. The draw cycle seemed a touch better on the VTM but the back wall and hold felt incredible on the Phase 4's. I bumped up from 60# to 70# so I didn't hold the draw cycle of the Mathews against it.
