I have only done 10 hours on it since purchase, and now some issues have sprung up since taking it back to the dealer to get a spotlight fitted. to the roof.

I tried the ecm off the unit that’s not starting and it started the running ranger just fine. I swapped crank position sensors same resaults. I tested continuity from the injector wires to the ecm plug and that’s good. The fuse box is larger than the Ranger 900 XP EU shown. It’s the same size as the Ranger 1000 XP RPS HVAC.Mar 5, 2018 · A new clutch kit for the 570 will not improve performance, however the tuning of the ecu does. We do send out a new clutch kit with the bigger motors like the 900 and the 1000 but the factory clutch kit with the 570 is sufficient. The price for a tune for the 570 is $400.00 compared to $500 for the other models which includes a clutch kit.
Jan 26, 2018 · Hi, I have a 2017 Ranger 6x6 800, my original EC< blew off. I need to get programmed a new ECM I purchased with the factory configuration. The problem is that I am not in the US and I don't have a dealer to take the unit to. Have proper voltage at BUS and have proper voltage at relay but it also has voltage on the ECM control wire from ECM which should be ground to function relay. Motorcycle Mechanic: Louie.
