If you question is “does WICO make vanilla NPCs looks like they are from another galaxy”, my answer is, I don’t think they do. And I don’t think that’s what the author intended. They intended to make NPCs look better but still have the rustic feel of Skyrim, however rather or not they achieved that is ultimately up to you.

It is most likely one mod thats conflicting with WICO, which is loaded after. Might be one of the armor mods.
