FedEx smelled like rotting fish, they pay minimum wage, and management is non-existent. Both only care about throughout but at least at UPS they take things seriously. Not sure if this has been mentioned before on the subreddit but unfortunately Valve is saying what the product inside the box is on the shipping label. This is a propblem because it tells Fedex the exact model inside.
