I know there has been a bit of stress about the new COMSAE format and scoring, so I'm adding to the informal "data". My school typically requires a COMSAE score of 450 before they will approve you taking the COMLEX. However, we just received an email that they are allowing a score of 393 OR a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.My school requires that we take COMSAE 107 and so far my COMSAE scores are awful. I do great on Truelearn/UW questions but ride the struggle bus on COMSAEs. Form 106: 416 (April) Form 109: 388 (May) Form 110: 462 (June) Anyone taken form 107 and remember super HY topics? ... You’re better off doing 8 blocks of TrueLearn questions. Alot of people say comsaes are the best but in my experience there is no correlation. Comsae's were no where close to my actual for both level 1 and level 2 (overprojected me for level 1 and underprojected me for level 2). Also at least 20% of my class failed the comsae the school provides us to take, only to comfortably pass in the 500's.

Between the two tests I watched dirty medicine omt and did a ton of combank questions. Prior to that I only did uworld. Uworld is better for learning but if you need to steal a few points on a comsae and presumably comlex, combank is better. mapei eggshell I scored 490 on 108 without studying OMM. Watched the Dirty Medicine OMM playlist, skimmed Savarese, and learned the anatomy in the first handful of pages of First Aid MSK chapter and scored 511 two weeks later on COMSAE 107. You can definitely improve. You got this!I recently took a COMSAE 107 and got a 569. I retook this exam from when I first took it in early March. I originally got a 360. I didn't recognize any of the questions and never reviewed 107 so, hopefully I am ready for the real thing.
