It seems to be lean (shuts off and won't start unless I pull the choke out even when warmed up). It looks like I have a "D" headed pipe plug looking thing in the area where the dynojet kit lists the fuel mixture screw should be.

I snapped all three oil filter housing bolts earlier today. I was using a torque wrench, but I must have found the wrong torque spec and over torqued them. Unfortunately there isn't enough sticking out to grab them with a plier, so I guess that just leaves some kind of extractor bit. The bolt seems to be a 6x18 (# 96001-06018-00)
