If you still want to see it when it prompts, you can install the mod, load your save, save the game again, delete the mod and play normally. This will fix this stupid glitch and won’t remove the effect from the game permanently. Yes. It an effect that's only supposed to last a few seconds. Now if you're unlucky it's permanent. You're stuck playing with a glitchy, blurry screen until CDPR finds a fix. Also looks like lots of people on the official Cyberpunk forums and reddit are having this same issue. CDPR really f***ed up.
