Two weeks ago wrangler was overheating then dropping back down after a long drive. In the am, the check engine light came on. Misfire with cylinder 1. Moved coil back and issue followed. Replaced all coilpacks and thermostat. Seemed ok for a bit. Fast forward a couple weeks and then temp is raising again. Living in colorado at 7000 foot, traveling often in the 8-12k range. Have replaced radiator, water pump, rad cap x3, thermostat x2, and done full system flush, fill, burp. Passed compression and cooling system pressure test last round.2015 Jeep jku 3.6 keeps overheating. I am at a loss. Okay whats going on is that after running the jeep it will fill up the reservoir with cooliant but the coolant doesn't return the the radiator. I did find there was a leak in the radiator. I also replaced upper and lower hoses, thermostat, waterpump, reservoir and 3 caps.Oh I’m not stressing. This is my fifth Jeep so I’m used to break downs. LOL My concerns are with an unproven engine. But after test driving it I was hooked on its pep. This thing will scoot. The torque is impressive and mpg around town 24. Got 28 driving it to Ohio over summer. As of this year etorque isn’t an option with the 2.0.95 wrangler overheating. I just bought a 95wrangler about a month ago. Ran fine for couple weeks, then while idling in driveway started overheating. I changed radiator cap first. Then thermostat. Then saw water pump wasnt spinning and changed that. Better, but still gradually overheating (only when idling, stay at about 195 temp on freeway).

If low, then fill and bleed the air out of the system. If full, there can still be air in the system from the Thermostat change out.
